Jennifer & Matthieu got married on their local strawberry farm (Prairie Berry) this summer, just south of Winnipeg. The work and details of this Country Fairytale themed wedding, continued to amaze me, as the wedding evolved. From a massive white tent decorated with bistro lights and succulents, to a building on their farm completely decked out as a “saloon.” Jennifer was nothing short of a fairytale princess. Riding in with her parents on an actual horse and carriage, Jennifer wore a stunning Kenneth Winston gown from Helene’s bridal detailed from top to bottom and with a feathered bottom. Reading their own vows, after they were pronounced husband and wife, the bride and groom picked up their two children and made their grand exit to the horse and carriage. We took some pictures while their guests enjoyed cocktail hour in the “saloon” and then headed into the tent for dinner. What a beautiful day, even with a massive storm that came through their farm just days before the wedding, leaving many of our original photo locations muddy and wet and wind taking a toll on their yard. Congratulations Jen & Matt, you have some a beautiful family and we couldn’t have been happier to capture it!
P.S Make sure you check out Prairie Berry for your strawberries this summer, they were delish!!
